Why We Started
In busy modern society, a convenient yet healthy meal is harder than you
think. Time is scarce, but we didn't want to rely on ultra-processed foods just for
convenience.
Our goal wasn't just to fill protein, but to make a choice to complete a
meal with real food. DAKLAB started with the standard of real food made from fresh
ingredients, not processed products.
Rather than masking off-flavors with strong seasonings, we chose to
fundamentally improve quality through process and recipe. We aim for real food that you can
frequently enjoy in your daily life.
